I can't seem to get the of.bin out of the firmware i was wondering if you could put it in forums for download or on the download page or something.

We don't distribute others' materials in the Rockbox project, and certainly not in a modified/decrypted form, which is why we let people do that step on their own.

Have you tried changing the directory in the command prompt to the folder you extracted the program to, copying the firmware into that folder and then running the command, and making sure that the text of the command has the correct name of the file being decrypted?

i can't get the command prompt to stay open when i click on mi4code it opens then closes instantly

mi4code is a command line program.  You cannot double click it since there is no way to enter in command line switches via a mouse.  You need to launch the command line on your system, navigate to the mi4code, and then run it with the commands given in the instructions.

Edit:  This tutorial in the Ipod install forum may be helpful if you don't understand the command line:

Make sure you make it dual boot so you can connect USB since there is no USB support for this model yet.
