Problems with my Ipod Rockbox!

Hi, i just installed rockbox and when i started it up all looked cool but just a few problems that i figured out. But when i started a plugin called "star" it just frooze the whole, ipod i cant get it to close and if i try to connect it to my computer nothing happends!, I just cant get it normal its just a still picture 24/7!, please help me with this since its a ipod version 1/ 4gb. and i want to listen to music and evrything but i cant use it now since its "brokend", so please be verry understanding and contact me here or on my msn: sizzy_@hotmail.com and help me to somehow reinstall or how to get out of the freeze!

Reset the ipod by pressing and holding the Menu and Select buttons simultaneously.

im trying to press down "menu" for like 2 minutes and nothing happends, and ive tried to press klick it fast down and up


nothing happends :/

ive tried now simultaneously, asked my dad what it ment, and it dosent reset the ipod that way either :( so I don't know how to fix it! :/

Press the 'Menu' button and the 'Select' button simultaneously. Press the 'Menu' button on the upper portion of this button, and press the white circular 'Select' button at the same time, and hold for approximately 10 seconds. From Chapter 3 of the Rockbox Manual, which you are expected to have read before posting here:



As you can see, the center button is known in Rockbox as the "Select" button.  Press and hold the Menu and Select buttons simultaneously to reset your ipod.
