JBR20 won't charge anymore!!

Ok, I was in Canada for a trip when I used a universal power adapter to charge the Jukebox b/c I couldn't find my other charger.  After coming back from that trip, it wouldn't charge whatsoever.  Could the voltage setting on the adapter have been set too high?  Is that why it won't work?

Yep, could be possible. Does the player still work with external charged batteries?
