Try putting your iPod into Disk Mode(Menu+Center then Menu+Play/Pause) and then plugging it in to your computer and restoring.

Well you seem to have two choices here.

Answer some of the questions so that those who can help you get enough information to do it, or run off and have a good cry.

What happens when you plug it into your computer via the usb cable?

well i learned from this
first if all is working well dont update firmaware or modify anything you can always screw up all no matter how secure all can be.

second: if you love your ipod dont modify it with alternate firmware or linux or rockbox as i said before things can be all screwed up

third if your ipod is mesed dont try to open it this will only screw uo the things a lot more eg i tried to open mine with a knife and i screwed the screen
although it didnt matter cuz i had alredy screwed the entire device.

And to the guys who asked me what happened when i plugged it , the
answer is nothing absolutely nothing i sweared i heard a little buzz but
maybe was just my imagination.
