Recording Format Errors?

Hey All - New error concerning my Jukebox v2. 

It seems to be recording fine but when I download the MP3 to my PC and try to play it, Windows Media Player errors out with a "The file you are attempting to play has an extension  that does not match the file format ...."  WMP crashes after that.  The MP3 file will not play on the Archos itself or Music Match either.

I am running Rockbox 2.5

Any thoughts out there?  Thanks!
