Resume on Startup with wav file (any size) is still not working

Resume on Startup with wav file (any size) is still not working. It just starts from the beginning of the same track. The update that came out about a month back, works with FLAC but not with WAV files. Fast Forward/Rewind works ok.
Using the latest build.
