iAudio X5 with iFlash ATA1 SD adapter
« on: April 07, 2025, 03:19:55 AM »
Has anyone used this? I'm using a good SanDisk card, tested to not be fake. In Rockbox, I sometimes get a crash with "PANIC updating size on empty dir".
I'm thinking that I need to format with a specific cluster size, right now I'm using 32k. Oddly, the original firmware seems to be fine but there is a limit to the number of files, and it's not Rockbox. ;)

Whelp, I broke my dual-boot with the latest Rockbox firmware... it used to be short-press: Rockbox and long-press: original firmware, and now it's short-press: screen with lines and long-press: Rockbox. I know you can't include the copyrighted firmware but does anybody have a .diff or easy patch, or do I have to install the dev environment? I am on Arch Linux...
