QuickScreen settings buttons

Is it possible to change QuickScreen algorithm, so instead of clicking N times user can actually "fall in" to the settings and use scroll wheel to adjust value?
This will also make possible more complex and interesting QuickScreen, since now it's basically locked on having 4-5 iemts.
