Hello,

My MP3 player no longer works and will not start up. (sandisk sansa clip+ old model) can you help me reset my player which buttons should I use? Resetting no longer works, how does this work, I don't know anymore. I use Rockbox.

Resetting was successful, but when I want to use the player the software crashes and freezes
