Rockboy saving
« on: July 24, 2020, 02:42:20 PM »
Simple and short: I like playing Pokemon and I was excited to hear that .gbc files can be played on Rockbox. But when I tried to save the game, nothing would be saved and when I open up the game again, it would act as I've never played. Is there something wrong, with my game or am I doing something wrong? I'm playing Pokemon Gold.

If you are using an iPod like me, put the hold switch icon on and off it will send you to the rockboy menu, in whichcase you then toggle the autosave feature on (in the options in the rockboy menu)

From now on it'll save whenever you quit the game

But since you are probably using a different device look for something similar :)

Sorry, I'm a little late, but I'll try this on my iPod 5th Gen.
