Cheap Chinese MP3 Player Support?

I have some Chinese knock-off mp3 player that can be found on amazon: https://www.amazon.com/Player-Memory-Portable-Digital-Record/dp/B07PFJZHD6

Basically, you can find these all over Amazon. I want to emulate Gameboy games or run some form of Linux on it. But I don't know what to use to do this, Rockbox seems to be the only option but there isn't any support for these things on the site that I can find. Am I out of luck? what should I do?

never going to happen these things were junk in 2010 and are still junk now
You'll never get rockbox or linux on them they just aren't capable from a hardware CPU or RAM standpoint

You might be able to change the language or bitmaps on some of them.  Could probably pull it apart and see what platform it is based on and then see if you can find anything on Google.
