Philips Speechair (using android rockbox app)
« on: May 14, 2019, 03:20:26 PM »
Hi all,

Hope this is the right place.

I thought this might be a good device to run the rockbox android app on. The slide switch is "wear-free" meaning it's very durable and presumably can be used many times; it usually controls a dictation app but using a buttons mapping app I discovered the switch positions are mapped to the f-keys

I am not sure if the keymap file (which I usually use to change the buttons on my sansa players) can be changed to respond to f-keys in android?

Also I am having trouble compiling for android...as mentioned in a recent thread.
