Rockbox 3.13 good on Sansa Clip Zip, ARMHF support

Just a note to say 3.13 installed fine on my Clip Zip.  We've switched to all ARM systems
here (ARMHF Debian) so I pulled the source tree and built mkamsboot for ARM.  Built
with no fuss at all and worked fine!
