Jukebox Player problems with 40GB Toshiba HDD!

Hi,

I recently found my Jukebox Player again. A year ago the 20gb HDD died and now i found a 40gb hdd to use with my jukebox again... but: i only got the error: "file sys error"

HDD is FAT32 with a primary active partition! It Spins up without problems! I hear the drive working (accessing) but get only the error message .

I copied only rockbox (archos.mod & .rockbox directory) on the hdd after formating.


So what is going on? Need my player for a classtrip on monday.
