Ipod nano "ipod_fw"

Hi! I've bought my new ipod nano just last week and i'm trying to folllow the steps to install rockbox. I'm having a problem at a really early stage. When i go to the step "Extract the Apple firmware from your firmware partition image"
"ipod_fw -o apple_os.bin -e 0 bootpartition.bin" , i get this from the command prompt : 'ipod_fw is not recognised as an internal or external command, operable program or batch file. Any help or suggestions please?

Try using this rockbox installer: http://www.ipodwizard.net/showthread.php?t=8585
I used it and it installed perfectly on my nano.

Well, are you in the same folder as you downloaded ipod_fw.exe to?
