Turnoff/Menu Button chane it to the REC button? on e200

i like playin megaman on the rockbox gamboy emulator and i would really like b to be the menu/off button that way i can charge the beam but when i try to charge the beam i have to hold the button so the sandisk turns off

Check the manual for how to define your own keys within rockboy.
