Why there's only Japanese language file(in additional languages)?

I think Rockbox is now trying to support unicode, and there's active patch for that.
But, there are both japanese and Korean language files for Rockbox in the Patch section waiting for applying.
And both two language files have good quality.
But, why do you submit only japanese language file in the CVS?
Are there any reason for that? Or did you forget iRiver is Korean company?

Junti asked me to wait because he wants to fix the translation a bit tomorrow. Rockbox doesn't only run on korean players.

Perhaps I am "overstrict" but I am seeing more and more "gibberish" (non-english talks) cluttering the forums and I want to stop it from spreading and getting more frequent.
