Creating Playlists on computer

Hey i love rockbox and was wondering how to create and transfer playlists form my computer? If there is some software that would be great. Also, what playlist filetype does rockbox read?

Rockbox uses the very standard m3u (and m3u8) playlists.  Pretty much any music program can create them, just take your pick.  Keep in mind that if you create them on your PC they should have the same basic directory structure as on your DAP.
