I have to echo Rootman sentiments.
I see too many people here with a entitlement mentality that seem to only complain and grouse.
I for one am thrilled at the work you have done to improve my Sansa E200R. The Sansa Rhapsody was a unique challenge, and due to it's realitively low market saturation, was a project you could have ignored.
You could have taken the easy road out and told us Sansa Rhapsody owners to simply convert our Sansa's into a vanilla E200 and then Rockbox it.
But no, you folks took the extra time and effort to discover a way not only to Rockbox the Sansa Rhapsody, but to do so without removing any of the unique features that make the Sansa Rhapsody so tightly integrated with the Rhapsody Music service.
Micro SDHC support, a sleep timer, fast database update, quick boot times, custom themes, games, etc. The advantages to Rockbox are endless, and it's all because of your tireless efforts.
You guys may do all this work out of "fun" and for the "joy" of seeing if it can be done. However, the vast number of players that you have already ported over to is overwhelming.
I am making a small donation to you guys for your continued work and success. It is but a small token of my gratitude. I hope you accept it with my humblest thanks, and wish you and your families the best of times during this holiday season.
Thank you again, for a gift that just keeps on giving.
William Thomas.
