Hi,
I took my 8Gb Clip(v2) apart last night and have the following info:
SoC: 20-82-00196-4 : S835-NH7332 : SA0342-8
FM: 0219 CC6S 832
Memory: S83718794 : SDTNLLCHSM-8192 : DP0025407AR
Board: M300 VER2.6

I've got a few pic's if anyone needs them, and although I'm not used to using TWiki I can post my findings if someone would point me in the right direction as to the most suitable page.

Let me know if I can be of any more help.

Looking at the wiki, we still need c200v2 pictures, so feel free to add those.

Hello

You can create a SansaClipv2 page and link it from the SansaV2 page, but you'll need to come on IRC (irc://irc.freenode.net/#rockbox) first to get write access to TWiki

RockRabbit, reading your posts we're not too far away. If you saw a white background it means that a) backlight works and b) some parts of the LCD driver also work.
Can you please double check buttonlight_on() / _buttonlight_on() (both should work), I'd be really surprised if that doesn't work.

I'm gonna have a look at the c200v2 disassembly for a LCD driver.

I added photos of the board in my new Sansa c250 v2 (firmware 03.02.05) in the wiki.

There are 7 pads in a row on this board (not 8 ). I don't know what this means; if it is JTAG, perhaps one of the signals is unused in this configuration.

Well the M200v2 only have 7 JTAG pins, as described here So maybe this port on the C200 is also for JTAG :)

Hi!

I found something about the wheel on the e200v2: I'm using the fuze-button driver for it but the wheel is not very reliable (it scrolls 2 or 3 menu items down and then it doesn't work at all). But if I press the ">>|"-button while scrolling with the wheel it works better: it's still not very reliable, but it scrolls as long as I press the button while scrolling (no stop after 2 or 3 items).
I don' know if this is helpful, I just wanted to tell you  :)

What did you need to do to get the fuze-button driver working for the wheel on the e200v2?

Interesting. You mean, if you start scrolling and press >>|, then scrolling never stops?

For the jump'iness: You can try changing this line:
                if (queue_empty(&button_queue) && ++counter >= 4)
so that counter is higher, so that the wheel doesn't report that it has been turned so often.

Have you had success with the REC button? Did the Hold button work?

Right. But it doesn't scroll as it should: it changes the scroll direction sometimes without scrolling the wheel in the other direction.

The Hold button seems to be recognized, but isn't working as expected: if hold is on the lock-icon on the status bar is flashing (together with the backlight) sometimes if I press a key / scroll the wheel.
