I flashed my V2 and when I backedup the old version I think I backedup a previous build. When I start with F1, I get v2.3 Is there a way I can get the Archos f/w back on the F1 start and Rockbox on the normal start?

Yes, remove the ajbrec.ajz file. It is no longer needed, since you have flashed it.

Can I also get rid of the two .bin files in the root after flashing and what about that JBLib_23CB92A1FEA343DD8BD3A341356EAE4C.dat file

You should save those .bin files on your PC. You'll need them if you want to restore the original flash contents.

I don't know about the JBLib... file. It's not related to Rockbox.
