Title: Rockbox not installing on Ipod nano gen2. New to rockbox

The installation of rockbox and my ipod nano gen2 stops with this message:

"unknown version number in firmware" (63)

I have unplugged ipod, rebooted, quit itunes multiple times.   The Itune sync problem I have had seem to be related to the 64bit drivers in WIN7 and 32bit drivers in gen2 nano. Apple does or will not send a link for 64bit nano drivers.

I am not very technical and I am not a programer. Any help would be appreciated.

This is in rockbox utility ?

After I launch the utility app I have this error:

Pop up box header RB logo and "progress"

MSG:  The "unknown version number in firmware (63)"
