Title: PayPal Donations getting blocked!!

Just saw this on TortoiseSVN, wanted to give you guys a heads up!

Looks like donation accounts may get blocked!!

Yes, PayPal sucks (http://www.google.ca/search?q=paypal+sucks).  I hope donated money is being removed from the PayPal account ASAP to limit the damage if PayPal does something bad.
