Title: iPod Video wheel sensitivity
Post by: keeegan on January 07, 2010, 07:45:39 PM
I searched around and couldn't find much info on this.

I have an iPod Video 5.5gen (120gig 8) ) running rockbox 3.4 and at times it's hard to select what I want because the scroll wheel is just too sensitive. Is there any way to change this?

Keeegan,

Try downloading and manually installing the current build from the 'Current Rockbox Builds' page:

http://build.rockbox.org/

Select your device from the list and download the file.

Manual Installation:

Simply extract the downloaded .ZIP file to the root of the device, when it prompts regarding overwriting files already on the disk, choose 'Yes' or 'Yes to All'.

Please let me know if this does not address the problem.

That seems to have helped, thanks! Out of curiosity, is it a newer wheel driver and is there somewhere in the source where the sensitivity can be changed?
