Title: Menu items missing
Post by: TBates on June 19, 2009, 01:42:34 PM
Help, please.
The Sansa c200 manual dated June 10, 2009 describes two features that I am unable to find in the Rockbox menus (v3.2) on my c240: interpret numbers when sorting and the Metronome application (or file!). I THINK I have been through every menu option at least twice and found the other options and apps but no luck on these.
Thanks

Interpret numbers when sorting and metronome were both disabled for 3.2 (the latter on c200 only).  I'm pretty sure that metronome on the c200 still doesn't work, whilst number sorting exists in 3.3 and in the current builds.

v3.3 now includes both features on my c240.
Interpert numbers as whole numbers allows me to listen to audio books ripped from CDs in the correct order without having to renumber them (rename.exe works nicely for batch renumbering but was an extra aggravation.).
Metronome is also there but doesn't seem to work correctly yet - the play button doesn't start/stop the metronome.

Thanks AlexP for your solution to my problem.
