Title: SVN Access yesterday

I know that the Apple collaboration was an April Fools, but why was the SVN access suspended? Was that part of the joke or was it to prevent silly commits?

it was just part of the joke to take down the svn table on the frontpage, the actual svn repo was still up and working well  ;)

It wasn't even taken down.  If you clicked the SVN link you got the normal table.
