Title: just a couple of questions about an ipod 5g equalizer

hi, rockbox people
the questions are:
in the graphical eq, you can adjust 3 things, the gain(volume), frequency and Q...

just wondering, what is Q?

also, does the equaliser fully work, i had a 4g colour last year till it got stolen with rockbox in it and had the eq set to match my car, ive been having a hard time setting up the equaliser to match up to my car with my 5g :( stupid theif stole my perfect 4g from my house...

Q is the width; the higher, the narrower range of frequencies affected.
