Title: Viewing Photos
Post by: humphreym on June 16, 2008, 05:20:29 PM
HI There,
I just installed Rockbox on my 80gb Ipod video, and love it. However, there are a few things I can't figure out, and couldn't find answers on the forums. The only problems I have are that I can't view my photos or contacts that are already installed on my ipod, and my playlists are gone? Is this normal?! Sorry if this is a stupid question, feel free to tell me off! Humphrey

Rockbox does not come with a contact manager (though there's a patch somewhere on the tracker).

Rockbox has a jpeg viewer and you can also view .bmps using rockpaint.  Rockbox uses standard .m3u playlists.  This is certainly mentioned in the manual and has been discussed in the forums.  The manual has a pretty up-to-date description of the features of Rockbox.  Please give it a read.  :)
