Well, I am still living, working and coding in the Karlsruhe area. So, let's wait for maybe some more people and then find a place and date :-)

Meetings of users and developers are still, in a vague sort of sense, Rockbox discussion. Think of them as mini user groups.

I don't see it written down for some reason, but it's understood (on IRC at least) that discussions about beer can never be OT. 

Maybe we should formalise this ;)

The difference is I'll admit this is technically off topic, and that the next revision of the forum rules will clarify this issue (into being on-topic).

The next revision will probably be after DevCon though, as I want to get some face to face input on things.
