Title: e250r problems

I just recently put rockbox on my e250r and I love it, and everything was going great until I tried to put a video on it. Is there anyway to boot into the main firmware to change back the MSC from Rhapsody or can I stream video over someway without needing to be in MSC?

The manual covers how to use Rockbox to play videos on your sansa. There's no need to "stream" them, you just convert them to MPEG2 (with several suggested methods for doing this being mentioned in the wiki page for the MpegPlayer plugin) and then copy them over to your sansa as you would a music file.
