Hi,
I have several mp3 files which are about 3h long.
Since some changes in the playback.c and buffer.c routines later than revision 15353, the playback stops after 33 minutes and some seconds.
There is no way to resume playback or seek, only to stop and play something different...
Also .m3u8 are broken. When loading a .m3u8 the player crashes.
I have no idea when it happens because I don't update daily, but i checked out 15423 today.
Would be nice someone can look into this issues.
best,
Eliot.

Issues are already noted, and it's understood why this happens.
No doubt a fix will come along - in the meantime - stick to an earlier build if necessary.

thx :)
would be nice if this shows in the .log files, so i can check the version when it's done ;)

M3U8 playlists work fine here, using r15427...

thx, checking out 15464 now... m3u8 working fine *yippie*...
checking my 3h mp3s now...
only slight problem with the mp3 codec: While on the computer "silence" in the mp3 is silence, on the sansa I hear some noise :(
You may check this with these sound files:

So, playback is stopping at 30:58 with 15464.
No chance to continue playback with other song...
Shut-down is working but taking longer.
best,
Eliot.

1) Please do not double post.
2) As pointed out, the buffering code has undergone a major rewrite. Hopefully issues such as this will be fixed soon, in the meantime please keep checking new builds.
