Title: I have installed RoCkbox on my ipod video but the database will not build

I have been sitting here for almost 30 minutes waiting for the database to compile. I have nothing on my ipod except RockBox because i restored my ipod before i install Rockbox. Is it susposed to take this long? It says it has found 591 files and it just sits there doing nothing? Help PLEASE!!!

Since you have already installed Rockbox, this topic should be voiced elsewhere. Also, please tell us if you're using a 30GB iPod video, or a 60/80GB video, and which SVN build you're running.

I have Ipod Video 30 Gig and whats a SVN?

Reboot your iPod with MENU+SELECT, then from the main menu, select System > Rockbox Info. Read the number that starts with an r. That's the SVN revision number.
