Title: I am confused what exatcly is Rockbox? WMA?
Post by: integra144 on July 13, 2007, 12:14:14 AM
I have an iPod I am not to good with computers. But I don't like iTunes because I feel that there are better music providers like Yahoo and Napster. They don't support iPod, but if I flash Rockbox then will it support WMA and Napster? I don't really care about losing iTunes.

Thanks

No, it won't support Yahoo or Napster. It supports DRM-free WMA.

Rockbox is an entire replacement firmware, it's not just new music support. It's very different from the built in software, so I strongly suggest reading the manual and perhaps the Why Rockbox link on the front page.
