Title: Change to Lua wiki topic re plugins.h

Could an expert please confirm the lower of my two changes here (https://www.rockbox.org/wiki/bin/compare/Main/PluginLua?rev1=9;rev2=10) to https://github.com/mguentner/rockbox/blob/master/apps/plugin.h is accurate? Thanks.
