Fade on Play/Pause with 1-30 second delay (NO ARCHOS PLAYERS)
Allows user to set a delay on both play and pause removes Fade on Pause/Stop
from the menu on all but ARCHOS players, instead replaces with menu containing
Fade on Play/Pause, Fade Duration on Pause, and Fade Duration on Play
Fade on stop is still active on players where this might have worked.
Delay Defaults to 300ms which is the original delay length,
however Fade on Play/Pause now Defaults to Off.
