Title: Is it possible to make Tag Cache not read certain files that contain songs?
Post by: Atheistic Freedom on September 04, 2006, 02:06:05 PM
I love Tag Cache, but I want to have a section dedicated for my FLAC files in terms of storing them in folders.  But if I have Tag Cache enabled, it'll read both the encrypted iPod music files AND my FLAC files, and you can imagine the pain of always having to aim for what right song file you want when they have the same name.

And no, I am not going to rename all my FLAC files with a special ending just for this.

I'm just wondering if there's a way that Tag Cache can not read that file that I have all my FLAC files in?

TIA.

Currently there is no way to do so. I'm not sure but you can search the tracker for a feature request. I have somewhere in my mind the thought someone added a feature request for this some time ago.
