Title: Can files be transferred from SD to mem on Sansa?

Hi

I am thinking of buying a sansa e260. I would have never thought of doing it before I saw what rockbox can do (browsing instead of DB).

I understood from the manual that files can be copied and pasted using the file browser. I wanted to know if this can be done between the SD card and the main flash memory. This makes it possible to backup songs or pictures from the card to the player.

Yes, you can do that from the device itself. However, for mass copying/moving it is much easier to do it from your computer.
