can anybody confirm?

ipodpatcher -r 1 bootpartition.bin is much more likely to work than the former.www.rockbox.org/twiki/bin/view/Main/IpodInstallation (http://www.rockbox.org/twiki/bin/view/Main/IpodInstallation) for full instructions.
