Title: How to return to the normal iPod os?

Hello, is there a way to return back to the normal iPod system after downloading RockBox? maybe through a button combination of somesorts?

Reboot by holding menu and select together, then put the hold switch on.

Err ... you don't want to do that. That hard-resets the Ipod, and you want to avoid that unless the Ipod is stuck.
