How does Rockbox work with audiobooks? I have copied some *.m4b files into my "Audiobooks" folder but do I access them differently from the "Database" section? The original Sansa firmware had an audiobooks feature within the "Music" section. Is there a similar feature on Rockbox that I'm missing?

They are just ordinary files, and the audio books folder is not a rockbox thing.

What about the Audiobooks folder within ##MUSIC#? When you say "ordinary files", do you mean Rockbox treats these files (*.m4b) just like mp3s?

The only folder rockbox cares about is the .rockbox folder. Everything else is from the Sandisk firmware.
And yes all audio files are treated the same.

You could create a separate 'audiobooks' entry in the database, if that's what you want, by using a custom config file.
That's more-or-less what I've done on my ipod, though in the absence of a 'media type' tag I had to use the 'genre' tag, and set suitable genre tags for all audiobooks.

Audiobooks are new to me :). I'm really just finding out how they are different from ordinary music files and how players (like Sandisk or Rockbox) handle these types of files (in this case, m4b). From what I understand, m4b allows you to play multiple file(s) of similar extension whilst resuming their position within the track.
I had set the "genre" tag to "audiobooks" (as you suggested) but the Sandisks player seem unable to play this format and as Rockbox could, just wondered how these types of file were handled.
