Title: xDuoo X2S
Post by: rcmz on June 12, 2021, 08:18:19 AM
I just purchased an xDuoo X2S (https://www.xduoo.net/product/x2s/) and I would really like to port Rockbox on it
It uses an ATJ2167 do you think it is possible to run Rockbox on this chip ?
Their is not much information on this chip, but it looks to have at least one 100+MHZ MIPS32 processor (http://to.pc01.cn/member/productdetail-juxin-2155.html)
I have contacted the manufacturer (https://www.actions-semi.com/index.php?id=3578&siteId=4) to ask for a datasheet, I doubt they will respond but we will see !

Even with proper/complete hardware documentation (including a toolchain!) a rockbox port is highly unlikely, as the ATJ2127/2157/2167 series of SoCs lacks enough RAM to port anything that would be recognizable as rockbox.

ok  :'( ...
Thanks for the response !
Do you know where I can find more information on these chips ?
