Title: ipod classic 5th gen -- iflash adapter -- *panic* error
Post by: randomuserhere on January 11, 2020, 10:58:07 PM
I just finished putting an iflash adapter into an ipod classic 5th gen and I put rockbox on it. Everything was going fine, and i was most of the way through putting my songs on it when it got an error and stopped putting them on the iPod. Fine whatever, stuff like that happens sometimes. So I go to use it and I unplug it (yes without ejecting it or whatever I had to do, I didn't think it would cause an issue) and then it gets this error

*panic*
mount: 0
pc 00071b7c sp 00100358
bt end

I have no idea what this means I can't seem to find anyone else online having a similar enough issue to this to help me. I have tried turning it off, putting into recovery mode, and plugging it back into the computer and the iPod is COMPLETELY unresponsive. What do I do?

I was having the same issue in Rockbox(as well as a low battery warning with a new charged battery in OFW prior) but the iPod(5.5g) seems fine in OFW now. I Guess I just have to keep converting my FLAC to ALAC and adding with FB2K. :(

Rockbox has always had issues with iflash hardware.   Transfer your music via disk mode or OFW This should solve corruption
