Title: iPod Video troubles

I can't seem to get RockBox installed on an iPod Video 30Gb. I have installed an iflash sata card and a Sanyo 860 EVO 500Gb drive. I have formatted it several times using FAT32. and have installed RockBox several times using the utility and manually. I cant seem to get it to work. it does try to boot into RockBox but I have seen several errors. Some of the are ata -11 and can't find partition plug into usb to fix. would some one be kind enough to help me

Got it so what are the work arounds that are mentioned
