It would be a bonus for me if the device could remember my settings for the radio vs the settings for my files as the settings are different. FM radio seems to require a bit more tweaking.
I am not sure if that would be difficult but it would be nice.
Thanks to all concerned with this software because it is incredibly sweet to have a crossfeed and equalizer available in such an inexpensive device as a Sansa Clip.

Which settings?
-
Sorry. Bass, treble EQ if any used, the stereo separation setting and the crossfeed settings would be perfect for me. Perhaps others would want different settings saved but that would cover my changes.
For instance, on radio I use a lot more treble and I up the stereo separation to 130%. I have to reset this everytime I switch from radio to file playback.
Thanks for your interest. Sorry for not being clear.

Why not save a confi file for the settings you like for radio and one for files and then switch between them depending on which you want to listen to?
-
I don't think those effects even work on the radio since its all analog.
-
Bass and treble are hw on some dacs so could work for analogue passthrough, possibly depending on the config we use but crossfeed, no
-
On the clip I know its software. I don't think any of the sound settings would apply?
-
In that case, no. We don't do sw dsp on fmradio anywhere afaik
-
Confirmed. Bass and treble only work. It would still be nice if these settings were remembered by the unit and did not have to be readjusted each time but its not much of a chore and probably not worth the time.
Thanks for your attention to this anyway. Best regards, BK
