I am tying to add a playlist on my sansa Clip+ via Media Monkey or Windows Media player, The playlist is made in either WMP or Media Monkey then synced to the Sansa Clip+. The playlist name appears on my Clip+ I click on the playlist but it exits back to the playlist name.
I'm either doing something wrong or there's a bug, as I was able to add playlists in version 3.13.

That means the files in the playlist don't exist where the playlist says they are. Can you post an example line from the playlist?
What version are you running?

I have the same problem on my Sansa Clip+. After upgrading to version 3.14 stop working playlists. Found out that to work correctly you need to add at the beginning of the path “\MicroSD1\”. So you have to edit the path for each file in playlist. Previously, in version 3.13, the Sansa found the files without these manipulations.

While we did briefly revert that behavior before 3.14, it should have been restored for the release. Can you give an example of a playlist that requires it in 3.14 but did not in 3.13?

I create a playlist in Winamp, simply connecting the player to PC. In the file extension erase ".txt", otherwise I can’t attach it.

So that works in 3.13 but not in 3.14? Can you explain the folder structure on the device so that I can try to reproduce it?

Yes, in 3.13 Sansa automatically defines that files are stored in external drive (MicroSD1) without additional information. All music files and playlists are stored in their own folders in the root folder of MicroSD. For Example, one part of music from previous playlist are stored in: “E:\Everlasting Summer\Everlasting Summer - Dark Side (Between August and December)”
Where “E:\” letter for external drive (MicroSD). Also all playlists are stored in MicroSD: “E:\!!!!PlayList”
