how do i make them??

There are many ways to make them -- you can make them with Rockbox (check the manual for details), or you can also make them with Winamp, Musicmatch, and countless other mp3 playing software.  As long as the program can generate .m3u files, you should be all set.

I personally use winamp to make mine, and it works just fine.
