PHK themes updated

PHK Brasil:

I updated all PHK themes, according to the new date/time WPS code changes. For those who experienced problems with the date/time displayed, just download the themes again from the WPS gallery.

Although it does not displays date/time, phkTAPE theme (scrolling margins version) also was updated, cause the WPS code on the "scrolling margins" patch was modified too.
