i am intrested in porting a gba emulator onto my 5g ipod. how would i do this? i know it is possible, ipodlinux already did it and its running 50% speed.

You've already asked this, and we've already told you what you'd have to do. You'd need to have advanced C skills, and to get it fast enough, assembly skills.

Asking this question basically means you cannot do it.
That said, you'd need to reimplement the code you linked above as a Rockbox plugin.

And it wouldn't be accepted unless a C version or at least m68k equivalent versions were made so that it can work on all software codec targets.

I would assume that ipodlinux is open source, so would that mean that it can be ported from there to Rockbox? I don't know anything about programming, but that would probably be the easiest way to do it.
