Help with Rockbox installation on the new F40

I copied the boot loader into the F:\Gbsystem\Fwimg\ folder, I renamed the original Toshiba loader, (speaking of there are two more, Fwimg01 and 02, do i need to rename them too?) I install the rockbox in the root > F:\[.rockbox], I rebooted Toshiba, nothing happens, it goes straight back to it's own firmware and shows the demo song. I just bouhgt it, have nothing installed yet.
If anybody can walk me step by step to install the rockbox correctly, it would be greatly appreciated!

Thank God I found this thread, I was about to throw mine out the window!  

Another thing that had me fooled was that "show hidden files" on my browser and explorer were enabled, and yet, I couldn't find the GBSYSTEM folder. Turns out you also need to disable "Hide Protected Operating System Files"
