Automatically Transcode APE to Flac

I searched this forum and learned that .ape is not and will not be supported by Rockbox. But unfortunately, I have hundreds of Gigs of ape files on my harddrive, mixed with all other formats.

I was wondering is there any software, which will automatically search the ape files and transcode them into flac files?

In other words, go download Foobar2k

I used it to transcode all my FLAC into mp3 when I realized that lossless audio was stupid, and it did about a thousand tracks automatically while I was away from my comp. without a single button press (other than to start it) Just turn off the sleep function ;)
